Unrewarding. Physically demanding. Long shifts. Nights are hard and effect health and time spent with family/friends. Micro managed. Different rules apply to different people. Production production production. You're only as good as your last shift worked. Poorly managed. "Stepford Wives" mentality. 

A lot of pressure to keep machines running from productions side- can be stressful when equipment breaks down. A lot of employees don't pull their weight and aren't really dealt with by management. Management cares more about numbers than employees it seems.

I work for gdi housekeeping some of us work hard and some doesn't

We do our job and some other gets away with lots of stuff

The pay is very good and the work is challenging. I liked a lot of the people I worked with, but the work culture, especially for those in salaried positions is not good. Expectations of 24/7 on call, lots of unpaid overtime and 6-7 day work weeks weighs you down over time. 

Good job to make a few bucks between school semesters but the culture and atmosphere is poor. No support from management to on the floor workers. Could be better pay for temp or summer workers

fast paced but safe environment the twelve hour shift is difficult to adjust to however.there is open communication between workers and management and people are treated with respect

Good money, managers managing managers is a little overboard. On Shift managers only worry about numbers, not quality. Good training. Overtime always available. 

No goon sesh meant no pleasure or dopamine which meant the occupation job was not the optimal working condition however I loved it and was great to be with them!

Good place to work at. 12 hours and day night switch was a little difficult for me but if you are a night owl then you are gonna love the rotation. Good salary.

Working for good year is amazing. the company has great benefits and has a great bakance of work and home life. I would recommend this job to anyone.
