What is the best part of working at the company?
Coordination with the expertise in multi-sectors in organization and between different organizations. Prompt response to Covid-19 pandemic and updated directive.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
1, Have difficulty in understanding external customers’ requests, in particular, calls-in from media; 2, external customer makes an on-site inquiry and need good information urgently however I have no, 3, only 1 receptionist in front desk, not easy to ask for shift replacement 4, when the priority / urgency is not clearly defined 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working environment seems  spacious, but without windows for outside views or natural light. Referring to company culture, friendly and family style.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Welcoming visitors / colleagues, respond to questions/needs 
Updated agenda on daily basis, registered internal customers absence, regularly updated employees correspondence lists for internal use
Email/letters sorting/categorize, notify concerned staffs for urgency for timely follow-up 
Answer phone calls from internal /external customers (citizens & media), take notes and notify concerned employees
Out-going parcels procurement on daily basis and follow-up, verify invoices, identify discrepancies and communicate with service providers 
Documentation of In /Out parcels and important files
Other clerical tasks + water plants

A typical day was dealing with thousands of people,  guiding them to the correct polling station.  
Greeting them with a smile & answer any questions they may have.  
Make sure they have proper ID on them. 
Help supervisor being perceptive when to allow co workers to take breaks when there was less action
Remain in control of crowds.
Guided them where ever necessary.
I learned we were tops in the field for set up.
My manager was a lovely fair person.
The hardest part of the job was to tell people sometimes there was quite a bit of a wait time.
The best part of the job was the being able to control the crowds with ease.

For me typical day at work is to be productive in what ever tasks which were assigned to me. 
My social skills are also good. I am able to communicate to my co-workers very well. 
The hardest part of my job is that I am given many tasks to do by the supervisor and I can not communicate or ask my co-workers for help as they are too busy. 
The most enjoyable part of the job is that I am able to be efficient, and also let the supervisor or the boss know that i am a good employee of the company.

When I first was hired I worked as a leed gen- it was aweful, not because of management that comes later. But the people we where calling, are very rude and aggressive. You where lucky to get a leed most days. 

When I was promoted to closer, that's when I started to realize how intense the compettive culture  was, borderline insanity. Then I started to notice small details, and saw first hand let's say the ceo, and higher ups would like to powder their nose on

That MUST improve as soon as possible, and I do believe Québec is strategically in great posture to assist with any morale rescue operation.

Morale is Job One of any decent Captain, and Québec knows a lot about being demoralized, and about great Captains.

There's a mix of pleasant people and not so pleasent people you get to work with. And when you get the not so pleasant people, it really makes the job suck. What I've noticed in predominantly french establishments is that there tends to be clicks. As in French speakers vs English speakers. 

It was my first job since I moved to Canada. Good experience to familiarise with the Canadian/Quebec judicial system. Good people to work with. Nothing more to add. I liked it there, I quit because of a better opportunity and the desire for fresh challenges.

wish for more  working hours, i love  working for this company. co worker and management .example my superviser is very respectful pay  could be a bit more seeing the rising cost of living  and i would love  to have some benifits. like dental. glasses and prescription drugs





Extremely productuve company but the real gem is the employees they go above and beyond to assist customers and fellow employees. The management communicates well with staff and it is overall an extremely enjoyable workplqce
