A typical day at work consists in checking the products for defects so it meets the standars, put labels, packing and mantaining you station clean and organiced. Learned how to be a fast worker, since you have to work at the pace of the machine. Co-workers are helpful, if you're running out of labels, tape, boxes, etc, they will bring you more. Also if you need help pilling up boxes, some co-workers will help you. The hardest part of the job is that it is very hot enviroment, you may be provided a fan, but I does not relieve the heat very much, also since the pieces are made of plastic, they come out hot from the machines, so you may burn your fingers, and the gloves are not enough. You learn about different cultures, since most of the workers are immigrants.

No typical day for me at this place and position.I learned resins and colors receiving,weighing and testing and product development along with quality control and inventory management..My co-workers were so good.The hardest part of the job was receiving and weighing of fully resin loaded trailers in the winter time to off load into the silos outside.Most enjoyable part of my job was all technical work I was doing as Inbound Materials Inspector.

Working at gracious living is a great experience for me. i learned lot of things some of them are team work, hard work, working with the people of different culture with understanding. Even sometimes i work as a helper of the workers and had a great experience.

This place was really very bad to work for me. The supervisors were biased and line leaders were the worst people i have ever seen. They didn’t have sense to speak and treat people like their servants not employees. But night team leaders are awesome. 

Work within team and individual to Plan work orders received from clients. •	Coordinate production and delivery schedule between machining department and assembly to expedite the timely and accurate allocate of work orders based on delivery dates, production order and lot number

It is waste of time, low money, no training, high expectation, so frustrating, huge discrimination, not a friendly environment, micromanagement, spying management style 

Learned a lot working with this company.. This company helped gain my computer management skills.. although the work load would be heavy some days i managed to have very helpful staff to get through it! Great company!

Very bad experience working there,  they really need to be tought how to repect others.  Big noise, very slippery floor,  very bad management,   basic hour rate but be pushed very hard, not worth your time!

Great overall work experience. Had a great time working for the company, as they take care of the employees and overall work environment. Would recommend others to work there as well.

It's really fun working with each and everyone even though stressful, and it's really labour job sometimes heavy and tiring. Can work fast pace and or in group.
