Very difficult to take on more shifts even if requested

hours are not always set, makes it hard to plan days accordingly

management does not properly coordinate or train the servers, makes things very confusing and messy rather than giving directions to properly keep up an efficient banquet hall

Always understanding and easy going staff 
made sure i always felt comfortable and welcome

Every work shift varied from very busy and hectic to calm as can be,there was never a dull moment that's for sure

The managers and other staff are very friendly and accommodating to student schedules, very positive working environment, would recommend to anyone looking for work in culinary and hospitality.

Lots of friendly co-workers, did not enjoy management, felt they were not as involved as they should have been. It was a very easygoing place to work, yet they were not as nice to their staff as they should have been.

I mostly love the job. There is something new to learn all of the time. This is a great place for learning about all sorts of events and what is going on in and around the community. 

bad management and terrible scheduling, employers show very little interest in employees and input on making the workplace better for everyone. over all not a great place to work,

I had very little hours and the hours for the week were often posted on the first day of the week, so it was very hard to manage your life around them.
