I worked at grand genesis as a registered nurse for many years. I had the opportunity to learn and grow even outside of my own scope of work. I have the managers to thank for pushing me to pursue my education. The staff and managers were very understanding and flexible. There was a wide rang of opportunities for all the staff, and being able to work with different sub-specialities gave me the chance to expand my nursing experience. I was also very happy to be given the opportunity to practice the full scope of a registered nurse, especially since a lot of other jobs I was considering came with a lot of limitations.

Since I started working at Grand Genesis Health I have learned many things. I appreciated the amount of training I received to become comfortable working in my position and am able to ask my coworkers for help when needed. The manager is very approachable and you are able to go to him with any concerns you have and he will do his best to straighten it out. My coworkers are all very friendly. I enjoy the work I do and it makes it easy to come to work.

Save yourselves and do not go near this place. I would give it negative stars.
Place is a nightmare. Management will screw you over and over again. If you decide to quit they will make your life miserable, witnessed like 10 employees go through this. The turnaround is insane and should speak for itself. Disturbing experience lingers even after you quit

I have been working in grand genesis for years and all that i’ve learned over the past years have been a great nursing experience. Being involved in different areas of nursing helped me become confident and knowledgable. I am very grateful to all my colleague, manager and doctors.

The management is possibly racist, doesn't think paying his employees are a priority. The scheduling is strange. You don't know your hours until the day before. They don't tell you when the end of your shift is. Then they don't pay you.

I'm a new hire at Grand Genesis and so far, I have learned a lot. The doctors and manager are nice and easy to deal with, co-nurses are also very helpful. I like that everyone is always willing to help everybody.  

Management and work culture are horrible. If would have known even a little bit of what I know now, I would not apply to work at grand genesis health. You’ll be harassed by the management. There’s no HR to go to, and they’ll make your life terrible

 It's very well organized and professional environment! Management is very approachable.Colleagues are  friendly and helpful. Patients are appreciative and pleasant. Overall, very good working environment!

Don't do it! Any other job would be better than this, trust me. As a former employee, I can honestly say this place is a nightmare. The management, coworkers, scheduling and environment is toxic.
