The techs I worked with were overall a good bunch of people. Management was often a struggle. They say you can make a bonus but don’t actually provide an effective work flow to achieve the bonus. Then you get blamed for the lack of efficiency even though you literally are following what management is requiring of you. 

The Manager is one of the hardest working people I have ever met! She takes good care of her staff and goes out of her way to help them. All she asks in return is to follow processes and get the job done. 
It is a fast pace environment  so keep that in mind when applying.

Manager is good at making sure we are kept in the loop and willing to go the extra mile for all staff. She treats everyone with respect.  If we are having a busy or off week our Manager will buy us lunch on Friday. Over half of Techs hit Bonus almost every week because the Manager is organized

A typical day at work consists of communicating with customers, discussing estimates and repairs.  I've learned a host of people skills, and how to communicate with numerous didn't types of personalities.  The owners push me to push myself and those around me in a calm and collected fashion.  The culture here consists of many hard working individuals that strive for excellence every day

Management is terrible. Great place to work if you want to be belittled treated poorly and yelled at on a daily basis. Very slow paced shop not a lot of work. They don’t lay off they will make up a reason to fire people by saying that their efficiency isn’t good enough even though no work is given to them without any prior notice or discussion. Pros are that the benefits are good.

If you like to work for an angry, explosive, unprofessional boss who provides little to no training, creates a stressful environment, yells and belittles staff in front of customers, then this job is perfect for you! The many problems at this place start at the very top.  Quitting this job was a relief.

Good place to work. The owner is a top notch person, I left because of a mechanic that works there. Other then that good work atmosphere, enjoyed working there until I quit.

great atmosphere, easy going group of people, will to go the extra mile to make sure the staff has everything they need to do the job well. worked for a few dealerships over the years, i wouldn't go back

Employees are treated well and bonus program is great.
We have a team environment and joke around but still accomplish a lot
Customer service is a priority here and that is a standard through the whole company.

Manager likes to micro manage, rushes jobs in and out but wants thurough inspection done, can't make any money on bonus, due to lack of work flow miss management,  cannot work on your own vehicles.
