Hours are limited and job security is low to non-existent, at a pay level that is good on a per-hour basis, but not excellent.

Far-reaching autonomy in the classroom, with occasionally some onerous paperwork.

You arrive for your classes. You teach your classes. You leave.

I have the flexibility to make my own schedule.

There's a lot of unpaid work that is mandatory.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is rather relaxed and there is no micromanaging.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I work remotely which is convenient for me. I do my work the way I like to do it without anyone interfering.

Great pedagogical support and exchange with colleagues, complemented by interesting teaching resources, like the blended program. 

However, it's essential to acknowledge that there is a persistent challenge: a notably heavy workload in relation to the compensation provided. 
 Achieving a more equitable balance between workload and compensation would be better.

And the way it is, you have work one day, and the next week you have zero hours, without at least 2 weeks of notice or compensation.

Everyone is on its own, "management" is absent, absolutely underpaid and no benefits. The only positives are the employees who work really hard and the students who are serious about learning.

The condition of work are really great for the employees and there are possibilities for advancement and Professional Training

The hours were random, the suoervisor was rude and unappreciative, and the driving all over the city(ies) for teaching was exhausting.  There were no employee incentives or benefits.  This is not a long term job I recommend.

It's a good place to work with great pedagogical support. However, more investment in planning is needed, as teachers have to plan a lot without realistic additional compensation.

It is a good place to work, but instructors are paid enough for the specialized work and considering their education and experience. Great students and amazing experience.

This job is really good for singles or retired people. 
It's on short contracts basis. I don't recommend this job if you are looking for employment stability.

Hourly rate is good, but that's pretty much they offer. No stability, no benefits, unpaid hours. Students are usually very interested and commited, which makes the job easier.
