I have to work for 8 hours and have to stand for 8 hours, it’s very hard and also have to do repeatedly and fast, it is very boring, fortunately where I work, my coworkers are very friendly, Also my supervisor is very kind and positive and polite, the most things that I like there is that my team leader is very friendly and kind, while he does wrong , he says:I ‘m sorry , when I have problems, he helps me with kindly 
But I don’t think my salary is fair.
The card that I have is for Great Connections, however, my card does not open the main door; the security guard only allows people in who have the MAGNA card. Even though I have been with the company for more than a year, this is a problem that I still have.
Also, I need to have gloves for my work; however, the machine that gives the gloves only works with the MAGNA card, not my card.
My team leader and team members help me as much as possible with my problems; but my problems dont get fixed. 

All in all, I like their system.  

This has been a great job while studying at university. Delivery of customer service is first and foremost. I've learned to polish my customer service skills and become a natural working with and helping people throughout the Toronto transit system. My co-workers are friendly and we operate well as a team. The hardest part of the job is being on your feet for eleven hours at a time. The best part is making a connection with people and helping them to get where they are going.

start set up of monitors to my liking for outskirt trespassers,next set up of forms, for names of offenders,if any.Welcoming new truckers from out of province for importing new goods for clients.Management, too may.Co workers are heavily pushed and stressed with job.The hardest is to stay awake for 12 hrs in th night.The best part is the end of the shift. Relaxation.

This is not a good company to be with. I only went there for the customer service opportunity that I was promised to get from TTC. I work outside in winter and stand in snow. Customer service representatives get minimum wages only. I stand long hours, and I cannot sit or lean against anything.

Management is very disrespectful towards workers. If they find out you are working at a second job, they will fire you.

Great company to work with. They always have jobs available. They give you the option to chose your work schedule (shift). They always take care of there employees needs and concerns. I have worked in various locations and jobs. Each job location that I was sent to had a friendly and clean environment to work in.  At each location you would rotate from one job to another. 


It was a very positive experience for me to work for this company. They embraced my creative ideas for bringing in more sales and we helped to generate a great demand for their product in the marketplace. The team worked closely together to get great results. 
I was very happy for my work term at Great Connections.

The job I did was general job and the salary of general labor is not sufficient enough to meet expense in Toronto which is fixed all over Ontario nd is not their problem .  But the staff in great connections was very helpful and when I got mild injury in hand nd lost a temporary job ,they give me job in their agency till I get job offer from new company which I feel great .

the supervisors will constantly be screaming at you to hurry up in the production line.
HR never answers emails properly - disrespectful and never answer emails.
you can never take a day off or miss work, they will fire you if you get sick you will work a lot for 14.89,  you are just a number for this company, don't waste your time here.


My whole family got a job from Great Connections once we landed here in Toronto. I am very happy with the job they offered to me. It is a full-time job so I could pay for housing and schooling. I believe they offer a lot of jobs for new comers immediately.

It is an agency that finds work for you, 
Depending on what your interest is MODATEK, which is an automotive parts company. 

The most difficult part is shift work. The most enjoyable part of the job is learning new things.
