Was okay place to work to pay the bills. Worked in white zone for a bit and people and management were easy to get along and were great to work with.

Then worked on line set in the afternoons and people were easy to get along with but crew leader wasn't easy to get along with at all. Crew leader barely trained the new people and wouldn't notify someone if they made a mistake or not. Would instead either wait around and do something else, nothing at all and watch us, or tell someone else to tell me that I made a mistake and need to fix it.

Amazing work environment, people are nice and generally quite friendly.  Work is interesting and fullfilling as you are directly improving the lives of the employees.  Management feels like it cares about your issues and opinions and the whole company feels verry much like it is on your side.
Problems are dealt with quickly and to the benefit of as many people as can be.
Hardest part of the job was working with the limited space within the factory floor for some of the safety or machine designs (this is not a negative, it meant the need for creative thinking).

Building and machines are poorly maintained and overall vastly outdated. Strong attitude from management against modernization and new ideas for the most part. 

Not a terrible place to work but not great either. Not highly paid, definitely better pay rates out there, benefits are fine but have been slowly dialed back over the years, as most other benefits of the job such as parties and appreciation events/gifts.

This company is very bad culture for anybody not from them group. 
Supervisor and manager don't know how to management team. The general manager come to middle east. Not too serious to learn to other only fellow those Canadian guy. So them treat people all different by level . Not by skills and work ethic.  Don't work this company.

it wasnt an ideal job for the regular joe, bathroom breaks were timed and people were fired for less,absolutely ZERO job security, that to me is a requirement, feeling comfortable and being a team member means alot to me, they did not offer that. i would like to work in a place that makes people want to show up for their next shift, honest days work for an honest days wage. they couldnt offer that.

Decent company to work for. Old building , old machines . Lots of noise . Work load can be fast or slow but its steady . Lots to learn but easy once you do .  Biggest issue was being an assignment worker for so long ( 2 years +). before they hire you on full time . The pay could be better but starts at $19.35hr . 

Working for this company was a learning experience. I wish they could have trained me better and took more care for my needs. It was very physically demanding and being a female they took no consideration for that

Hard work is not rewarded here—only seniority matters. Full-time hiring is rare, and many employees are stuck working through agencies with no benefits. Coworkers are not very supportive. Supervisors are okay, but management as a whole is very poor. On the positive side, there is a lot of overtime available and the pay is decent.

Heavy. Like, HEAVY. So sweaty and rough and sticky and all that jazz. They pay well enough for it, and literally everybody ends up on a forklift so you learn a lot. Only one female bathroom in the whole plant, so that's a bit of a walk no matter where you end up. If you enjoy a challenge and maybe the gym this place could be your life long home.

Good company to work for. Great bunch of guys. Very busy. I went for forklift training. The training I received covers the province of Ontario for a period of two years.
