Busy non stop environment, zero time for work life balance as they are open on Saturdays and holidays

Busy ... overworked and under paid

Its a good place to work. For the most part. It's constantly busy. But everyone tries their best to keep calm . If you like working with people to start with, thats a bonus. But in no time at all you'll dislike people. the demanding sense if entitlement of the patients you deal with daily is awful . They expect you to jump thru rings of fire to get their bladder looked at. You offer them 10 different appt and its never good enough then they write a review thats untrue and exaggerated. One sided stories. Pay is OK if ya stick around long enough to get the raises. 

Job retention is a joke!!  When they finally hire a good tech they let them go because they don’t want to the going rate.  No job security.  Appointments are booked far to close together and quality of equipment and scans are horrible.  Their protocols are from like twenty years ago.  Promise you one thing and never fulfils it.  Owners are trying too hard to make more and more money and staff is paying the price for it.  Would never recommend anyone work here.

This is a type of workplace where you are treated like a number. They are very low paying with a high turnover rate and you are expected to do way more than what is listed in the job description. If you are. There is a huge level of favouritism in this company and if you are not considered a “favourite” it can make for a difficult place to work.

Management takes forever onboarding and assigning credentials. I was called over a month after the interview and didn't even get a response to an interview follow-up email.
Work life balance is good because you get next to no hours leaving lots of free time.
Management doesn't have your back and one crazy customer with a grudge will end your time there.

Great hours, staff were all friendly and helpful. Management cared about the staff, the owners cared and it showed in how they interacted with their staff. Would still be there if I hadn't gone back to school

Owners care more about money than patient care. Everyone is replaceable, receptionists and sonographers alike. Turnover rate for reception is very high as employees are treated like numbers and not people. Very unpleasant work environment. If you would like to have some dignity at your work place, avoid this employer.

Owners just want to get more income, they dont care about employees. No one stays at this company for more than couple months. Less salary, Only Indian people work here, they dont have any inclusion of other people. 

It was quantity over quality here. The workload and pace is beyond what should be expected of any sonographer.  Management and owners do not seem to care that staff was being injured due to the workload.  One of the worst clinics to work as a sonographer.  RUN don’t walk 

Being a formal employee, I would definitely recommend this place. Even though the pay started a little on the lower side, but based on my performance they gave me raises. Workplace is really nice and good. Christmas parties, lunches are fun.
