We start by surveying the area of needed materials to complete task at hand. All team members meet to go over targeted goals of the day. We are always trying to exceed are projected goals encouraging team members. We have a very supportive management team that also is there for their people. At the end of the day it is a great feeling to have achieved and surpassed are projected goals of the day. As a team you can achieve any tasks you set out to do by treating your fellow workers with respect and acknowledgement.

Unprofessional management who dosent have concreate information on task they talk behind co workers back slandering them before firing them over text message. They boycott other companies trying to help themselves. They throw loads of work on promising u a better role but never follow through. Worst job i worked at they use u until u break or try to make u quit and replace u without a blink of an eye would not recommend 

Hardest Part of the job was working outside in the winter. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with friendly employees. We learned quality control in many factories of General Motors, which made each day interesting. Very relaxed atmosphere. The Management were extremely friendly and nice!

Productive and safe work environment. I built seats for cars. Management was very involved on the floor. Unfortunately many long lay offs throughout the year, lasting weeks at a time. Many workers terminated without cause, others laid off for months due to low production. Pay was decent if you were able to keep up with the daily quota.

They don’t care about you at all. Management promises higher roles within the company just to turn around the next day and completely slams you behind your back then before you know it your fired for 0 reason or explanation. If you are looking for stable work. This isn’t it

At Greeley I was Material handler I was responsible for managing materials and workflow of the assemblers. At Greeley I learned to manage my time and others time as well. The workers I managed were fun and high spirited. They were my favorite part of the job.

The shop was a very laid back environment and I learned a lot about the latest products, trends, and technology on the market for snow gear/equipment. It was great sharing information with customers and building customer relationships.

Management erratic and show favoritism to some and pick on others.
Not consistent with to much time spent harassing employees.
Write up some employees for playing music and allow others to do so.

I used to work here, it was a pretty good job, I had fun, the boss wasn’t as strict as long as we got our jobs done, it got bad in the winter though lol but that was a given since we worked outside 

good place to work for the money your paid but management and work place defiantly needs work. if your looking to advance with in this company i suggest to look else where
