Green Earth

The company itself used to vale an environmental and local product base, but has since turned into a marked-up cheap product brand. Some items in the company may be worth the cost but most are cheaply made and easily damaged, not to mention manufactured or sourced outside of Canada. The sale associates are nice and very outgoing, as long as they haven't been overworked by the lack of management or support from supervisors. Head office itself and what the company focuses on is a high selling tactic with little focus on the customer experience; meeting daily and monthly goals is the main goal always. Overall the experience was one of disorganization, high pressure to perform above and beyond with little acknowledgement, and a lack of support from anyone higher up than a supervisor.

I loved working there! Great people and atmosphere! Lots to do and learn. The manager was always available to help and guide us. There was a lot of encouragement and really built you up to succeed in your position. 

I enjoyed the many unique items in this store. Christmas was very busy and we didn't have to worry about selling things. After Christmas it was a little more difficult.
