In my job position, there is no carrer opportunities, the same small team that manage several divisions. So,  I see my futur carrer looking the same as my present or my past carrer and I'm a kind of person who need to see progress in my professionnel life.

So, any real developping carrer plan, any benefits offered, only if you ask several times for it, any engagement or motivation culture that's coming from head management team, any  individual feedback & evalution performance from HR team, only on paper,
any focus on the individuals / stuff... only numbers.

They provide a feedback only if you are not performing right...I guess, but if you are working well... any comments.

If you are self-motivated, you will find probably a lot of things you will like. 

Not a job work/life balance in particular, that depends on the store, but more important to cover the business hours for customers, often short stuff for more effiency.

Working at Greiche & Scaff is like working with friends. The staff is really nice and friendly. The company taught me to do some pretests on the patient that helps the optometrist while doing the eye exam. Usually, i do those pretests and help the patient once the eye exam is done to choose a good frame that suites the shape of his face.

Working closely with managers and ophthalmologist, learning how to fix customer lenses and manage customer accounts and files. Learned how to test the eyes and sell merchandise.

I really liked working there. The beginning of the day was probably boring because there were no customer at all, but once we had people coming in, just serving them, assisting them on their choice of glasses made the day goes faster and more fun

its a nice place to work. This, of course ,depends on your manager and collegues. The clients that I received  are friendly compared to other stores that I worked previously

you feel secure as to the structure of the business, however the lines of communication to upper management are difficult. Therefore moving up is not simple.

Friendly and sets a friendly environment however, lacks communication with the employees. Not very organized or considerate. However, always there if you need help.

I started in the company as a technician. After Couple of years (three years approximately) , I worked as a Machine Maintenance Responsible.
