Best place to work for environment and company culture. Management is fantastic and fair, unfortunately the pay is one of the lowest in the industry. I have interviewed several employees and it seems they are underpaid when compared to the same job in similar industries. Money is not everything and it certainly shows here as the turnover rate is very low, I think that means more to people at the end of the day. Greatest social club of any company I have ever worked for.

For the time I worked here I was very satisfied for the task that appointed to me.  The opportunity I had to grow inside the business was great people were very kind helped you if you had any sort of question.  Also ensured you were comfortable in your job and you had the tools to be successful.

Good pay, great benefits,  nice people. Large world wide company with lots of room for advancement. Pension plan, stop smoking programs, always lots of help to improve people. Work HARD play hard! Family owned company runs  family summer picnic, huge free annua winterl banquet, tons of fun.

I WORK WITH GRIFFITH FOR 40HRS A WEEK AND I LEARNED A LOT OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF JOBS AND HOW TO DEAL WITH OTHER PEOPLE WORKING IN THIS COMPANY. WORKING HERE IS GOOD BECAUSE WE HAVE A FREE LUNCH IF WE MEET THE TARGET OF PRODUCTION. MY JOB NEEDS FAST AND ACCURATE MOVEMENTS INORDER TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE.

Great company benefits, nice people, but the bottom line for this company is the profits - not the people. To excel in this company you must not have a work/family balance - it has to be all work.

Griffith was my first ever job and I couldn't have asked for a better place to work at. The workers were so friendly and kind, they helped me get my way around when I started to work there. To top it all of, working at Griffith was amazing.

Tough management team with high expectations for very low wages. Disrespectful working environment. Line work is fast paced and employees are mostly easy to work with. There is quite a bit of an "us vs them" attitude that causes division with management and team.
