What is the best part of working at the company?
Great management, great equipment.
If you work hard , Grimes well services  will reward you for it… and help get you were you want to be.
Some of there tool pushes are the best in western Canada . 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I worked nearly 300 days a year and enjoyed most of it . That’s what I signed up for, I knew that right out of the gate . They accommodated me with a hotel room year round and treated me like gold . 

Zero stress . 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If your a rope sucker , you won’t be favoured by anyone .  

If I ever had any personal issues or needed to travel home , they always offered assistance and were very supportive and helpful . 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Travel too location ,
Rig up 
Pull rods 
Nipple up 
Pull pipe 
Travel back too hotel

management is ok unfourtunatly the service rig industry has been beat to death by the oil companies and excessive competition.
not enough steady work to build and keep a good crew.
company will push you under the bus to cover up mistakes from unqualified consultants to try and salvage the little work they have,
not what it used to be entire crews of green hands,if you can scrape a full crew up at all,mostly caused from the industry going rigless whenever possible.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Don’t work for that company they promised work never followed through they are worst company work for they play head games you will starve

Not working they are very unorganized. They tell you one thing and do another.

Lots ppl work for them there on drugs alcoholics

You work hard well other ppl don’t

Grimes well services is a very good company to work for. They really take care of their guys. Accomadate very well as far as quality hotels, LOA etc. Lots of work and VERY beautiful equipment.

Great rigs. Very well maintained equipment. Strong core group of employees. One of my favorite places to work. Always willing to go back to work there at any time.

great place to work learned alot about how to work in the field, good team work from all crews I worked with. I worked for them for 2 years and never wanted to go else where.

long hours if you like that sort of thing great pay good co workers downfall not to much time off for the most part of the year but you get 1 month to 2 months off in the spring

great company to work for. have lots of new iron and really good personal. they work hard get the job done safe and on time. the pay is also very good
