I arrive at 8:50 a.m everyday and start my work at 9:00 a.m . I go through traffic analysis reports and check the Quality of Service of total traffic termination. I look for failures and bottle neck in the network. The next step is running diagnostic tests and localization of faulty elements in the network. Then I fix those faults through software commands and enabling/disabling parameters. A thorough check up of all network this ending blocking and failures. The next step is checking active network and ensuring smooth running of International traffic to more than 500 international destinations. This also require new code creations, trunk group creations and traffic control engineering.
My coworkers are all nice and friendly people. I enjoy very healthy lunch which is provided by the company to all its employees.

Work includes boring answering calls of customers who are dissatisfied with the service. Long distance rates are changed or major things change without employees being noticed. No tech support during weekends.

A typical day at GL is busy and filled with unexpected opportunities and challenges. The company encourages self-motivation and as a growing entity, welcomes suggestions from all staff.

Every day doing the same things. No training. No future. Just a survival and boring job.........also low pay. I did not learn nothing new, just answer the phone. Basic pc software and systems

Low Level Salary, But very innovative and creative atmosphere , professional and experienced staff, professional and experienced managers , Knowledge based company,

It has a great environment, very friendly. When there is an issue, all of the colleagues help one another and try to resolve the issue. They also provide information about their experience from the place which is very beneficial.

Always accommodating hours if school was an issue. Good pay with bonus if certain amount of calls reached within the hour. Management was understanding.

Friendly and professional team. 
They support me to learn about Telecom Industry. VOIP division  had great customer care and support.
