This is a horrible company. I wouldn't wish for my enemy to work here. Super toxic. Horrible management, no respect whatsoever to your schedule. Especially with students cause you would think that they build your shifts around your university schedule. But no they're always short staffed so they just give you a shift at the same time as your class. Apparently they can't give you the days you requested to work for them and they just screw up your education. Even with proof that you have class they won't change your shift. The only positive thing i can think of is SOME employees are nice. All the managers suck. The manager responsible for the entire store sucks. They get mad at you cause they mess up your schedule. Would never work there if i find a more respectable company (which is more than rare)

Though Adonis offers a good salary and strongly respect your availabilities, it’s often too calm and boring (for olives, nuts, deli and meats departments) starting 2 P.M. Before that, it’s like you’re constantly in a rush trying to do at the same time what the boss asks you and responding to the clients. 

At Adonis, I learned how to prepare orders at big volume.  At days, the job is stressful to meet deadlines.  At the food business, deadlines must be met to keep customers happy.  The good part is when I see customers happy with the product I prepare.

It's a more-less good place to work for students with flexible schedules. 
You have to work attentively and fast. A good location in the DIX30. No benefits for part-time workers.

Fun culture, with a team building experience and customer centric approach. Managers are friendly when you get your job done. All you need to do is be honest, do your job right and you'll be rewarded with appreciation.

they need pay better because  to much work  for the salary end they need to give to the employees private ensures  and provide more areas f to take a lunch

Greta people and competent management create a fun working environment with good room for personal growth.

Great overall experience

A typical day at work includes angry managers for no reason.  You work really hard so that no one appreciates it at the end of the day. And no matter how hard you work, they do not care.
