I have recently started wroking at DBM and I have to say it is one of the better companies out there. I do the recruitment for them and they really challenge us to find the best qualified candidates in the market. They strive for top quality just like the products that they produce (optical solutions).
In return they offer a really good work environment, flexible hours, great benefits, work life balance. They even have their own gym for everyone to use. 
Everyone is very nice to work with and respectful. I recommend this company to anyone.

On a day to day most work will include strong collaboration between multiple departments. Every new project is different and although there are "families" of projects, each has its own challenges that need a tailored approach. This in turns translates into a free flowing work environment where each day you'll work in tandem with different people.

I worked as technicien of qualitty control ,my task was to get the products from machine and control the quality then packing, if there was a default I had to inter it in computer.
i liked the inviroment and my colegue, there was hard job and I had to be as fast as mchines of ingection, but it was enjoyable when we worked in group.

Poor organization and management in all level, lack of qualified inspectors, qualified planner. Everyone is constantly on vacation, which creates difficulties for the production process and timely finish production. Workers constantly leave their places. Not recommended. You will be fired easily.

A lovable place to work in. The managers a easy going,and the employees nice too,which makes it fun working in there. I like their flexibility towards time,which push you to work beyond 40h/week
