Typical day at work is busy and never stops for most job titles. Hardest part of the job is working in a windowless and locked doors environment where going to the bathroom becomes a sin on behalf of the employee. Most enjoyable part of the job is getting paid. Most co-workers are great. 

I enjoyed working at Group Lessard until my production manager was replaced and they hired a mean temporary one who fired 30 employees before he departed himself. I am not sure that qualifies as job security.

Some Racial discrimination in management level

Work in working days only is good for life balance , time to time small activities created by HR also likeable !

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Friday is good day in this company , we finish our job early than other days .

decent workplace, salary is not to high but you can climb the ladder real quick. they are focused on training their employee to level up in the company instead of hiring for higher positions. so if you’re a hard worker it’s a nice place to work with good advancement possibilities 

Nice environment very nice people.they understand you nice place to work at .they always make you feel good so you could have a productive time there .the management is great!
