Management is more focused on getting views on Youtube and making money than making sure their employees have enough time and resources to complete their work. People are so stressed there and are being forced to produce more with less time. 

The boss plays favourites; if you don't suck up or if fall out of favour, you can be let go without warning and with no reason. 

People can stay on contract for 5-6 with no promise of getting a permanent position, or benefits. 

Ambitious people are seen as a threat.

I loved my job. I did. 
I produced a weekly one hour live public affaires show with a team of dedicated journalists. Multi camera fun, lots of adrenaline in the control room.
Managed different departments to deliver all the content and packaging on time.
After just working half the season, I realized the show will be cancelled. 
So that was that and then.

Sometimes there’s workplace drama but upper management and HR does an incredible job at resolving issues

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Incredible work environment and culture. Genuinely makes me want to stay there forever.

I worked for 11 months as a contractual worker. I would have worked there for the rest of my life, had this been possible. You felt appreciated and respected. Your opinion counted and any feedback you had to share did not fall on deaf ears.

You work a lot, long hours, and don't get any training. And then get fired because your managers don't know how to manage. They do not respect you, do not know your name after months. 
It's like the italian mafia over there. 
Take some more time and find a job in another company.

At TFO, I had the wonderful opportunity to work with people from all around the word, which I remain in contact with to this very day . Our pasion for making content was our common language, as it was a great multimedia production environment.

This experience is one of the most important for me. I learned how to update my marketing and communications skills while the whole industry is changing with digital new ways of communicating.

Produces educational content for broadcast.
Creates educational content available to french and french immergent schools.
