Throughout my time at Silver Star Mercedes Benz, I entered the business without knowing a single thing about cars and a fast paced working environment. As the months passed, my knowledge quickly grew for the industry on cars and how to interact with customers on a daily basis. There was not a time of the day where I stopped, all day I was busy receiving, taking and returning cars. Very professional environment, clean and most importantly well managed. There was not a day that I was lost, I knew what to do and got the job done.

I learned that it is not a comfortable environment for growth when management doesn't even acknowledge that you exist and that is with everyone.

Hardest part of the job was talking to the sales manager in New car department because he would steal deals from salesman.

Great place to work, management was great and employees were very nice. Would recommend working there. The thing I liked the most about working there was meeting all kinds of different people and talking to them about their experience with Mercedes cars, also I got to drive a lot of fun cars while I was there.

This place is very axed on the customer experience. Be it a visit, an appointment, a purchased, customers are treated the same with care and politeness. The environment is always warm and fun. Great place to work at. You learn a lot about cars and sale businesses. Schedules are fixed and the workload is not incredible.

the hours are long but if you want to make money you must put in the effort. Not a sales job for everyone.

The work life is amazing, from new employees to long time ones, the mind set is the same. Everyone is there for business, but to also have each others back. Very friendly working environment.

Great place to work with an amazing team of people. Fast passed environment suited for a competitive self motivated individual who loves cars.

People get fired so often
There is always change in management an no job security
Direction keeps changing so you never really know where you stand and what is expected of you

The pay is not that good and the big bosses don’t know nothing about cars but my managers are really kind and understanding. Very flexible on the hours

Great group to work for. Good salary, good insurance and benefits, great team. Chance of advancement. I've worked for other groups in the car industry and Park Avenue is by far the best.
