Overall skyspa is a great place to be working at. Hours are good and flexible, the free saunas are a must after work and the pay is relatively fair considering that the tips are cash handed every week plus base salary.  There is a couple things to keep in mind before working there :  first they have high standards about how they want things done to retain quality clients. Second, the booking system is based on a hierarchy with different factors such as performance, availabilities, client retention and seniority. Lastly, there is a 15 min break in between clients which for some other therapist might be too short. 

Everyday is just gossiping customer service women, a director of Operations that sits in his office. Low pay. Potential 12h shifts. 

They give off the idea of being peaceful and fun place to work but there is no advancement. 

When prompted regarding promotions they said, and I quote
"Our VP of Operations was originally a Director of Operations for 8 years, so yes we really value promotions from within"

8 years, 1 promotion? 

relaxed clients are always fun to serve. the job itself is not very demanding since it's a small Bistro. The best part about this job is warning the clients to lower their voice when they're being too loud. moreover, you get to enjoy the weather during sunny days, with the breeze and relaxing spa music, while working.
