My time with this company was overwhelmingly negative, and I’m genuinely surprised it’s still operating.

Communication is almost non‑existent. There are no SOPs, no structure, and no consistency, so every employee ends up doing the same tasks differently. No one is ever on the same page, which creates constant confusion and unnecessary stress.

Vendors call nonstop because payments aren’t being processed, making it nearly impossible to do our jobs when the company can’t even manage basic responsibilities.

Management is fully aware that customers regularly verbally abuse staff, yet they do nothing to support or protect employees. Technicians are overworked, disrespected, and treated as disposable. There is absolutely zero appreciation for the people actually keeping the place running.

If you value your mental health, do not work here. This company will wear you down fast.

In my experience, this company lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic respect for employees. Management decisions feel erratic, communication is poor, and job security is virtually nonexistent. Employees are treated as disposable rather than valued contributors.

There is a noticeable pattern of promises not being kept, whether related to pay, stability, or working conditions. The work environment is stressful and demoralizing, with little accountability at the leadership level. Concerns raised by staff are ignored or dismissed, and layoffs appear to happen without fair warning or clear reasoning.

I would strongly caution anyone considering employment. This is not a place that prioritizes ethical practices or employee well-being.

dont bother applying for a job with these clowns. no materials EVER, no job advancement, management is poor, treated unfairly and pay is way to low! two inadequate microwaves in the lunchroom while the boss and management sit 100ft away in their office(dont use their washroom ever) with an executive kitchen at that! dont bother calling in sick or with a doctor's note they'll just fire you because to them your replaceable 

I read a review here in how there are not enough hours in the day and how true that is, however, teamwork is key.
Together, we attack each day and get er done.
I am very greatful to be a part of this amazing company and recommend this place to everyone!

My experience with this company very stressfull. Trying to put up with the verbal abuse on a constant basis.
I dont know how these people are still in business. If you can track me down. I will gladly give my testomany. They need to be held accountable.

There were different things to do each day. It was nice to have different duties.

This place is a real dumpster fire. Zero culture, zero support, zero teamwork or interaction. Management are colder than the trucks they fix. The best thing about this place was leaving. 

Days go by fast, good environment. Good people to work with. No traffic coming from Ottawa so great drive in. New shop looks great, right down the road. Even bigger
