Wouldn't recommend here to anyone. Worst brewery I ever worked at, they care more about the bosses than they do you. I missed a single day in more than half a year and I got terminated a month later.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not a good place. Makes you feel like you are never good enough at your job. The company is badly handled by the owners

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You have to pick up the work of other employees and can never focus on your own tasks

Glutenberg is a great place to work. They value you as a rep. You're given the tools to make you successful in the marketplace. I reported to the VP and he was great. I'd recommend this to anyone. 

You work hard, all the people there were polite and glad to help you in case you needed it, the job its to hard for the salary they give, the shifts changed suddenly while I was working and it was not fitting with my family time.

Unrealistic goal by the owners and always blaming everyone for that. The security is just an option and everyone feels like a number. The pay is legit, and workers nice.

Highly unorganized, unrealistic expectations from management. Does not provide the proper tools in order to fulfill your position efficiently. Bad communication to employees.
