I made sure that both stores were stocked for that day or week. We sold a lot of shoes so had to make sure that those were stocked right by size and color. I did inventory every 6 weeks and also checked shipments in through customs. I works mostly by myself. the hardest part of my job is the space i worked it was not very big. The most enjoyable thing about my job was that i got to see what was going on the floor before anyone else. Loved my boss. He was a great guy!

The one thing that is consistently complimented is my dedication and passion to making the most out of each day !

Fun work place with such wonderful smart co-workers. It taught me a lot of working with such diverse people. It has been a wonderful experience and I will take what I learnt from working here to make myself a better person for my next career.

I love the product more than the environment.
The job culture was a bit "unfair" to put it mildly.
Colleagues were doing strange things to get individual bonus; either than that the job was great.

the company has gone through multiple changes, they are still getting their process and procedures in line with the Canadian system.

Honestly was very stressful for no reason. Lack of support from management and honestly too many managers. All learning was done on an iPad and not really hands on with the product leaving you less prepared to sell product.

It is a bit fast-pace, but you will learn from the experience.
It's all worth it with the energy you put in.
Management and culture are incredible for long term.
I recommend definitely to work here.

Standardized work culture with healthy competition among colleagues. The upper management is helpful and supportive. It was a learning experience on how back office operations work in luxury brands
