There's a lack of proper training; you’re expected to learn on the job under pressure. Office politics are prevalent, and people may be laid off if they're seen as obstacles to someone’s promotion

The work environment is fast-paced with minimal training, so you need to learn quickly on the job. While office politics can be an issue, the company is supportive of newcomers and always pays salaries on time

Typical office hours. Remote employees may be difficult to get hold off

I'm enjoying working at my current full time job. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Company is diversified and makes it even enjoyable

Management is very supportive to employees.
They will allow you to take some courses related to your job to improve your skills and knowledge. 

The most challenging about the job is that you must always be available whenever you have an on-going installation. However, this helped and make me a better on the spot decision-maker.

We have free breakfast (bagel or muffin) breakfast every Wednesday and we have social gathering every 1st Friday of the month which includes snacks, pizza and alcoholic beverages

Guest tek is a friendly place to work,as far as you are doing your job you have no problem.But be aware that you are going to solve several tickets in a day and will be chatting and talking to impatient and rude clients mostly in the USA who are lodging in Hotels.The 5 star hotel clients who paid more than $1000 per night on their accommodation will expect magic from you.They usually have free lunch every wednesday in the kitchen and beer fridays.But job is not secured as they hire and fire

Interesting field with diverse product line. Employees are treated unfairly, commissions are few and far between. Upper management is more interested in inner circle friends than supporting key personnel.

I'm on a temporary contract but I love it here. The people are fantastic, helpful, friendly. I think the only downside to the place is the wages are a little low considering the volume of work but otherwise, one of the best places I've ever worked.

A great culture! I really enjoyed the people and their was an opportunity to grow. The time I spend there the company was really growing and the workplace culture was really fun. That has changed in recent years as they've grown corporately.
