What is the best part of working at the company?
The original terminal managers were oblivious . The third made work enjoyable to look forward to

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They no longer exist in that location

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
When the two previous  terminal managers were gone it was good

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Supervision, assisting/directing dock staff

I found that there was a lack of trying to work together between the day shift and the evening shift.  Driving from Laval to Boucherville was ok at night, but vice versa in the morning was excruciating, more tired from driving home than working.  The email addresses were confusing, they were group emails, not individual employees, except specific people

Day to day management and coaching of sales staff was the main expectation of the mandate however Groupe Guilbault provided me the opportunity beyond this scope to be invested in projects that positively impacted the sales process and future revenue growth of the company.

Pros:
-The company trusts it's employees
-Good pay
-Room for personal initiative
Cons:
-Lack of work equipment (you might have to pay from your own pocket to be fully equipped to do your job properly).

same as my other review, poor leadership, very poor management, management was very threatening. Customers were the best part of the job and my co workers.

not the best place to start a career, salary is very low and some palettes are extremely heavy but they give electric jiggers to older drivers.
I totally don't recommend

After 7 months of working on specific route I can say
1- new and well maintained trucks
2- nice dispatch 
3- flexibility and care of drivers
