I am a supervisor so I need to deal with a lot of problem solving with clients and also with my agents. At my job I learn to have a lot of patience with the people I work with. I also learned how to make sure that my team is happy to work for me and also to make sure that the job I asked them to do is done properly. There is a lot of changing in the management right now so there is a lot of adaptation to do and I make sure that it goes as smooth as possible for my teammates and for my new manager. The hardest part of the job for me I think is to deal with the people that don't want to obey the rules of the building and they are giving me a hard time for trying to do my job well. I have no problem doing my job but because I work in a hospital I can't just put people out like that because usually they need to see a doctor so it makes it more complicated. The fun part of my job for me is when I am at the front desk and I am there to help people. when people are lost or they need assistance to move around the building. When these people are grateful for my help it make me really feel good. I also really like to deal with heavy intervention like when there is a fire alarm or an alarm for chemical dumping.

Learning knowledge in several field such as surgery, medicine, and several other specialty departments. Knowledge acquired, and creation of various forms for the different units, management of schedules, payrolls and staff breakdowns of the reminder list, payroll conditions of employees as well as holidays and schedules.

I started working there as a new nurse and I found a family at work. Great team to work with. The pharmacists are incredible. Easy to talk to the doctors. After 10+ years we still feel like family. 

Great Place to intern as a student. They give you the opportunity to learn if you would like to pursue a degree in research. Friendly, professional. Everything you'd want as a student.

Did food prep. Weekend on call is less fun but thats the game. Training is simple and fun but it depends on who is training you. Work is in chain but stressful also when you are new.

Working at a hospital is not always easy. 
However, when on call, you get to learn skills regarding various departments.
It definitely has its pros and its cons

Excellent environment, great team, and very hight compensation, one of the best experience  ever  but I had to  move on and  embrace  another opportunity .
