I loved my job at the Jewish General. The only reason I left was because I needed a full time position and it can take years before being full time there. Otherwise I would have stayed . The nurses are top notch and in general, they are ready to help you or teach you something. 

Friendly, fast faced environment and you have the chance to grow in your field. Need to be in your A game. Being in this place it gave me a chance to meet a lot of people with different values, beliefs and cultures. It is a place where you help each other. Team work is highly noted. Management is excellent.

It was hard to work on call because of family contraints. no opportunity to advance, what so ever.  Good salary and benefits,instead. Poor work relations because of low education of employees hired for this position.

I do not regret having applied for this post. I had the opportunity to work with respectful people in a safe environment. The staff are very professional. They are billing, if you speak french or english and you are a health care professional,do not wait to apply!

It is a hospital well located. The place is nice to work and the people are really kind and helpful. If you are lost it is easy to ask anyone they are always willing to help

No chance to move up. Terrible work culture. Unrealistic workloads.

I was just a student there. Overall it was a good place to work.
