Working for H&W Produce is amazing. I started to work for the company when I was still in high school and compared to other entry level positions, I would say they paid decent. Management is fair, flexible and was able to compromise. I believe that hard work pays off whether that is in advancement to a leadership position or a wage increase. Of course, every location might be different but the overall values of the company are in alignment with my values as an individual and that is important to me.  The work culture at my location is great as well. I’ve gotten close to my co-workers and we have a good working environment, while still having boundaries set up.  Most enjoyable part of the job is that I get to meet people and learn from them— whether that is staff or customers. 

Absolutely terrible place to work, Bedford does not care about you as a person at all, he does not care you have a life outside of work and even when given a whole weeks notice of not being able to make a shift and even having the okay from all my supervisors and managers fired me. They will reel you in with lies and a fake smile on their face. I gave my boss pure respect, that does not matter to him the only thing that matters to him is being the big and scary boss he thinks he is.

H&W Produce is a great company with a very welcoming staff. Daily tasks included helping customer find everything they need. Management is approachable and easy to talk to about different questions and concerns that may arise. Hardest part of the job would be warehousing as it is physically demanding.

I believe H & W Produce is an fun, exciting company to work for due to the produce and products the company sales at a much cheaper price in some cases then the large grocery outlets, Someone on a small income or trying to feed a large family, this would be the place to shop, even commend people. The staff members are of a younger generation and brings a nice fun feel to the business.

A typical day at work is helping customers by ringing through their groceries, stock, and assist any customers that may need help. Probably helping around 100+ customers a day. For the whole day, you'll completely be on your feet. 

At this job, I learned more about customer service and a lot about produce. 

Workplace can be a fun environment. 

Enjoyable part of the job is knowing your customers appreciate your work and the effort you make.

-Typical day consists of, filling tables of produce thats empty, sweeping floors, and preparing vegetables. Management is good, friendly. Best part about this job is being able to work the days you ask for, and the hours you request. You can also book days off about a week in advance, really flexible. Hardest part of job is dealing with customers and sometimes other employees.

A typical day at work was very great, the coworkers and management were very fun, nice, and helpful. I learned so much about customer service skills, work skills and interpersonal skills. The most enjoyable parts of the job were the low stress and great work environment along with the help and support of coworkers, great customers and a fantastic job overall.

Worked as a stock and warehouse associate. 

Deal with receiving and cooler organizing. stocking the floor with product and customer service.

Supervised employees open or closing shifts. 

Load or unload product for or from customers or suppliers. 

Product knowledge with the help of management.

Manager and staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. The produce is excellent and the product range is large. It is a friendly environment and I would suggest going there when you have the chance

Racist, sexist and don't care for having any sort of morale amongst the employees. Make employees do fake Facebook reviews. Rate women customers and have called women customers derogatory terms. Supervisors are known to harass their female workers. If you're a white man this is the job for you.
