The job can range in varying degrees of difficulty with no stability or certainty you will stay there

Full time employees often difficult to work with, don't provide adequate training with revolving door of temps

HCR is the kind of employment agency you can't  count on and thankfully I have found employment elsewhere. I refused a work assignment for not feeling comfortable working in a smokey environment and have just been giving the run around on the phone when asking if new work is available. This place has no regard for personal safety STAY AWAY.

Machine and Robotics Operator: welded rad support parts for pick-up trucks. I learned how to operated machines and robots. The management is poor and co-workers some are nice and some are rude. The hardest part is there is none  and enjoying parts is time go fast .

A decent job placement to get noticed by employers like Formet or Prestran. Its a good stepping stone for people to work at a decent wage. I would suggest it if you are looking to get into the automotive industry.

This agency is very friendly, and helpful when they assign me to work at Litens Automotive Partnership which is one of Magna division.
Also they give clear information about employee safety,and rights in the work place.

It was 2 years guaranteed employment in safe well maintained clean work environments with good fellow employees. I was treated well with respect and was always informed of when my shifts were.

co- workers are good people. Hardest part is the shift change from morning to afternoons every two weeks. Not good if employed with a employment agency. Treated very differently

I'm very happy with this company as we are all like siblings we share each other foods and always find time to laugh and we always help each other if needed.

this company was good to work for ,however I found a job closer to home I got along good with all my  co-workers I do my work
The hardest part of the job was working one steady shift..
