There use to be room for advancement but now that the company has new management there is no room for advancement, I was a general laborer and I was "promoted" to forklift operator which came with raises but I know I will never earn another raise even by working very hard (which i do) they cut corners and rip off employees horribly.
The pros for me are that i am lucky to be on a shift with a great supervisor who has taught me everything including operating a machine. Other then that there is obvious favoritism and unfairness to many employees.

Bad management team.  Only care about the annual bonuses and no respect for workers.  Complete cancer environment

Knowing I had to go to work.  Very bad environment and absolutely no respect

Complete cancer.  Bad management team.  Lack of respect and no credit given, just taken

You will have steady work unless you make a mistake

Working for someone without a heart

I enjoyed working there wasn't to keen on traffic pulling out of there

Work in and work out try not to stress your self out it's only work

Management doesn't seem to care or know what's going on

Environment is okay culture is you should be lucky you have a job at all

Can't wait to go home.even when you just got there

Pros:
-Never asked to work overtime
-Occasional pizza lunch (every 6 months or so)
-ILVS Operations Manager very understanding

Cons:
-No interview, only hire temps
-Minimum wage
-You hit the ceiling on day 1
-Consistently understaffed 
-No job security 
-No vacation
-Generally unsafe conditions
-Very high turnover rate
-Sick days frowned upon

They have a very ample number of industries that gets linked up with them like Ford from Michigan, and fre other automobile parts but what they maintain is the quality of the part is the one which gives the baseline of any automobile industry and here we follow that at most.

Long Hours. Unreasonable Expectations!  Management is very unprofessional.  Quite immature in all honesty.  They do not have many contracts and this attests to their practices which are below par.  They will hire anyone regardless of their experience and this is their main downfall as well as the infantile senior management.

If you are a student, you should definitely try working here. Friendly atmosphere, easy job, and good people. Shifts might not be regular but that’s manageable.

Positive and Relaxed workplace environment.
Great Team. The hardest part of the job was when suddenly workers did not show up, and had to work long hours to get all jobs completed. 

The most enjoyable part of the job was the work place environment. The team felt like a second family.

This is an unstable work place with management that needs supervision. Very mentally unhealthy work place for the worker. Workers are poorly treated and under appreciated.
