Difficulty to overcome some technical problems such as debugging computer programs, adjusting existing models to a given context, finding the suitable radom distribution of some phenomenon, etc. 
Amazing satisfaction when a solution to these problem is found

Good quality courses and a few great professors, but as an English-speaking grad student I felt there was minimal support for the English stream. A lot of admin communication and services seem built for French-first students, so getting clear help in English wasn’t always smooth. Worth it for the academics, but expect to be pretty independent.

I had an excellent experience at HEC Montreal! The environment was professional, stimulating, and conducive to working/learning.I had great support from management.

It was a student job. Very professional so you had to be up to par every day but the perks were great. Only lasted 10 weeks for the summer but the salary was more than you would make in a year part-time anywhere that pays minimum.

Your experience of the job will highly depend on the class coordinator and the program already set up, which includes a teaching manual. Students are probably more demanding than in other school of business.

Awsome workplace culture. Managers are caring and fair with all employees. Good work conditions and salary. Good advancements possibilities and good retention of employees.

Nothing comes to my mind at this moment. Great university. I liked it a lot. 
The best university in the world. Everything is great as long as you study really really hard

Nice place to work, very good vacation policy. Not too stressful, the coworkers are nice. Was only doing a summer job there but it ended up being really nice.
