Administrative tasks before work then join the phone lines and start talking to customers knowing you have a whole team backing you up

much stress, but nice to work from home.

This place is way too stressful, I feel like there is so much to remember and half the time you don't even know what your doing. I have no outside life because they started me off with a 3-12am and no weekends off. The only plus side is that its a work from home                                                                                                                          

Great place to work to get some experience in the industry, however the advancement falls off fairly quickly after your first promotion. Have an at home option which is helpful to many and some programs let you pick your shifts. 

Please see above .... one good thing about HGS is everyone tried to work together and the Social Committee was always putting on free lunches, or get togethers, or Xmas Gala etc.

They are users with low pay. I had to leave the job to develop focus on certifications that will qualify me for better job. I also enjoyed folks I met as they were always very helpful whenever I’m stuck 

Work from home is the best thing about the job. A lot of opportunities for overtime. If you can handle the stress thn it is a good job for you. You have to be on the call and sit for a long amount of time without rest.

Started two years ago. Love the job, can be a bit fast paced in certain time of years. Management is great and fun to work with. Customers can be rude sometimes but thats a part of job 

Good work life balance and the employees are friendly. The pay is very good. Very good benefits.
It have a very good employee value proposition. The employees are very engaged.

(1) no good job training on how to attend calls. (2) No supervisor support (3) Support team don't help on time-Long time waiting (3) They dont even schedule shift timings as per preference selected

It’sa very terrible place to work, no insurance or benefits. They definitely could do better. Worst complaint I’ve worked for in my life. The schedule is not flexible, it’s a nightmare
