Hybrid IT environment with only two days in office 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Poor leadership in IT.  Less Agile and moving more towards waterfall.  Little room for upward career growth.  It is becoming a sweat shop. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Mostly friendly but a lot of back stabbing by colleagues and some managers

An incredibly supportive environment with the nicest people to work with.

Not unlike any other employer, sometimes the deadlines can be a bit tight but every effort is made to be reasonable.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is supportive and kind. You are given the tools you need.

A fantastic employer that rewards all employees with competitive salaries, comprehensive   benefits and work-life balance.
Unfortunately, the executive management team at the time created a negative work environment for management creating unnecssary stress for middle management.
However, there is a new senior leadership in charge so hopefully positive changes will be made.

Needs more staff for busy times

Don’t take managers word for anything; get it in writing. Communication is horrible. I feel like I’m not included in anything, I’m just the one that does everything for everyone. Benefits are good and worklife balance is good. 

Great culture, great pay and awesome pension.

In Canada it is one of the best companies you can ask to work for. The culture within teams is great and not too much pressure. Everybody works towards the same goal.

Work life balance is huge, which is a benefit if you get to work there.

A great place to work and grow your career. Compensation and benefits are great if you are a permanent employee. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for temps.

HOOPP is good company to work for, the benefits are good and culture is nice, they are constantly growing and advancing technology used and plan options
