Given that this is a relatively old and small hospital, Hopital Verdun provides the basic necessities and great care to their patients. The staff are generally respectful and admirable to work with.

What lacks in equipment and modern conveniences like AC/fans/new beds, this hospital makes up for it by providing good care to their patients and family.

Very toxic workplace.

No help from management
People gossip a lot
Lack of teamwork
they moved me to a floor without proper orientation
 

I LOVE MY JOB. BUT I DON'T LIKE MY WORK PLACE. IT WAS TO FAR. THE SAME THING OF RESIDANCE DE BEAUHARNOIS.
