A typical day would include opening the cash, contacting clients, merchandising, dealing with customer situations, meeting KPI's and wearing a smile throughout the entire day.
I learned about luxury clothing, interacting with people of all walks of life and how to become a manager to many personality types. 
Management and co-workers were great to work with they were motivating and supportive. 
Hardest part of the job was leaving, but unfortunately I had to leave the country for personal reasons. 
I enjoyed every aspect of this job, my favorite part would be styling people to help them leave feeling great about themselves and having them return for further purchases.

My experience at Hugo Boss was mixed. The brand is strong and the environment can teach you a lot about sales, but overall the job was more draining than fulfilling. The store is extremely competitive, and “fighting for your sales” can take a toll over time. You definitely need mental toughness to keep up.

I also feel that management could improve in supporting the team and creating a healthier work atmosphere. With better leadership and a more balanced approach to performance, the workplace could be much more positive.

Overall, the job had potential, but the competitive culture and lack of support made it a challenging place to work.

Uniform would be provided in various styles .

Some of managers are a very rude especially if you are part timer .

A very competitive environment even assistant managers are working commission base.

Reaching out clients through only company crm system and no allowed to make own client telling you have to use company templet message like a robot

Top management is mostly clueless and runs without structure or plan. Actions are branded “in the moment” while following a disturbed, disorganised way of working.
Constant phone calls and texts during time off and then targeted harassment for standing up to this bullying behaviour.
A certain degree of anxiety and panic is infused in your work that overtime affects your personal life.
A beautiful brand very poorly run.

I worked at Hugo Boss for about a year and the management made the job unbearable. The store manger would make the closing workers stay passed scheduled hours and would not pay workers for extra time. Top sellers were treated adequately and got accommodating scheduling and time off. If you weren’t a top seller you didn’t get good hours or schedule accommodations. Management would consistently short change associates on pay stubs. Management was also condescending. I learned a lot about sales and improved a lot. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend. 

In my experience with Hugo, I've faced numerous issues that have left me frustrated. I’ve often felt undervalued and underpaid, with the workload being far from manageable. We’re frequently understaffed, which means we don’t get enough hours and are left scrambling to keep up. On top of that, there have been instances of false accusations and an overwhelming amount of tasks that seem irrelevant to the job. It’s disheartening to see how these practices impact employee morale and satisfaction. 


I was able to learn a lot in the supply chain field. I was in charge of supply chain operations, which included picking, packing and shipping of materials to all of the outlets in Canada, using SAP. This gave me a better opportunity to expand my skills in the logistics side. I was also responsible for training new employees, who had the same job title as mine. I have always been able to establish and maintain excellent relationship with my clients and co-workers at all levels.

I needed a part-time seasonal job and I was placed here through a staffing agency for seasonal hours. On boxing day, I worked a 14 hour shift! 8 am - 10 pm. I only got half an hour of lunch...don't remember getting any breaks and honestly there was no time to breathe. 
I did enjoy working with the fellow employees and everyone was really nice.

Easy going managers and having employee discount .

Having no job security. It is not stressfull generaly speaking.

Not too bad but so comptative with no training before starting the role .
