I feel very fortunate to work for a company where the support and encouragement towards their staff is so high. My team has been amazing. We work together, encourage each other and provide assistance as necessary. Our leads have been open and available when we need them. They are always willing to meet with, and guide, us when needed. I have even watched as directors dropped everything to be onsite to support our centre when we needed it most. The opportunities for CPL are endless and our pedagogical lead is known for finding suitable opportunities on topics we are looking to further our knowledge in. Pay, benefits, sick and vacation time are very competitive for our field.

The site I was at was awful..very chaotic and stressful. Ped lead cared more about appearance than well being of children or issues within the centre.  They put me in a classroom that had lost almost 20 staff within a year. I was spit at  , punched  , kicked on a daily. Very micromanaged there and leaders treated staff horribly. Would never work for this corporate ever again

Management is a giant clique that feed off of the souls of their employees. HR is one sided and only takes the side of the company and is also friends with some staff and will actually share your personal details with employees. You will be asked to use up ALOT of your personal time for mindless ideas. They have good funding though and make sure to use it for their benefit only.

Some locations are better than others. It all depends who your leads are. some locations the leads care and support their staff and other locations they make you fend for yourself. 
Company definitely needs more supply staff cause they will pull staff from other locations making covering lunches difficult.

They had great sick and vacation time. They offer good benefits and pension!  There are minimal opportunities to move up, unless you are very well liked!  No rewards in working more than your hours or going above and beyond your responsibilities 

Busy and fast-paced environment, but has great benefits, vacation and sick time, as well as one of the highest wages around. Lots of opportunities for movement within the company.

Not a good company to work for! Lots of favouritism and unprofessional supervisors that value how the centre looks more than how the staffs mental health is. This company does not care about their staff, only the money flow. 

Hwcccc is one of the best companies I ever worked for, they truly care about their employees,  the only down side is the split shifts. If you drive and don't mind commuting back and forth. It's a great place to work. 

Supportive leads and staff always working together to help one another daily bring the best care for children.  Have always felt supported and encouraged to reach my upmost potential.
