I dont recommend this company. They pay horrible, put your life at risk everyday and expect you to work crazy hours. They threaten if you don't work extra hours or extra days they will fire you. 

The HR does not care about you in any way and make you feel like you are at fault for asking for help or safe working conditions.

Manager , supervisor, lead hands put your life in danger everyday.
Threaten you if you don't do what they ask of you they will fire you.

The moment  they hear of ministry of labor is coming they prepare by cleaning the factory and telling its employees what to say if asked questions.

If you get paid 18.00 hr you will be a target and look for an excuse to get rid of you.

90% of labourers do not know english or read, write. They are told to sign the papers and pretend you know what you are signing.

Quality office is horrible. Also expect if they make a mistake and told you to keep making production. they will blame it on the worker and get you fired.

Also 75% of labourer are new to the country. They do not know english in anyway also writing and speaking.

winter time is freezing cold in that plant and summer time is horrible. They do not in anyway bring you water or any fans. Many labourers get hurt of faint while working in the summer.

They do not give you any proper legal raises.  Do not expect to get a raise or you will get fired.

I do not recommend this company. Hydroform solutions is horrible to the general labour employees and the government of canada should shut them down.

This job is very stressful for some people, you are standing on your feet all day working with automobile parts. You work all day and dont really feel any satisfaction out of the job you are doing. the only satisfaction I really felt was beating my previous record of parts made per hour, but if you do that constantly that number will become the norm so it is not the best idea to do that. You will also get people yelling at you if you are working slow etc. I do not mind the work environment because I like fast paced work however i did not like the repetitive work. I started out working at the agency and then quickly got hired out. There is lots of opportunity for overtime but only if you are one of the good workers because it varies everyday can be anywhere from 2-8 people for overtime or more. So they need the best workers to get best possible production. I got plenty of overtime because the machine I worked needed OT work constantly, also they liked me because i worked hard. Not many people would like this job because you get hot, can get cut, burned etc. I enjoyed it because they offered overtime good pay and i was left alone. they only check up on you every so often, generally every hour to see your numbers which is great. Overall i liked this job and would only recommend to people who want to work and need work otherwise you will be gone by the end of couple days, either you will leave or they will tell you not to come back, if you are at the agency at least.

Every day at Hydroform Solutions was fast paced and challenging. I worked there for just over 7 years. I completed my tool and die apprenticeship there, as well as learned many other skills. I started as an apprentice and worked my way into robotics, program management, and production supervision. There were many good people that work at Hydroform Solutions. When I was there, there was much turnover in management. I hear now though current employees, that the management is good and stable, and the company has excelled. The hardest part of the job and yet the most enjoyable, was dealing with and solving issues with high paced automated equipment and fixtures. Continuing emprovement was a part of every day.

This was my first job and I must say that my manager and the surrounding team gave me an excellent introduction to the world of business and purchasing. 
It is definitely a high paced environment and mistakes, especially in purchasing, are not tolerated for obvious reasons but the team is diligent in teaching you all that is required to be known. The hours vary based on your position. Once or twice a month may require you to stay a few extra hours but that's about it. Great benefits ( dental, physio..etc..)and you have a good balance between your work life and your personal life.

Getting in is not easy but once you get in you won't want to leave. They treat you very well here.

High Management turnover and the overall culture of the company needs a serious overhaul.  Strong employees are either pushed out or resign for better opportunities.  Incompetent employees are secured in their positions.  Need to appreciate their employees and recognize them when they go beyond the call.  Keep executive kids out of the plant.   They lack experience, not held accountable for errors, immune from layoffs and aren't discipline for rudeness.

Productive and fun place to work with,  good people good environment good supervisors,and good managements. I literally  recommend to working at  hydroform Solutions they have more managements 100:/100 safeties and also they take care of their people, they also have a lot of activities after work time,  for example  soccer tournaments, and other activities.

Friday is the best day as we all are excited for weekend

I can not stress how bad this place is. Luckly I worked with a few great people. The Head of HR was the worst. They don't deal with a lot of workers that know their rights. So once you show them you're not afraid and you know what the laws are...they'll black list you and shortly after that you're. They prey on the desperate agency workers which most of them we're new to Canada. Poor people didn't know their rights and we're afraid to speak up.

This is a good company and I worked one as quality engineer position. I represented Hydroform with its suppliers ex Inter. The management wasnt stable and they went trough manpower changes. Hydroform is very good with automotive parts manufacturin ans seating.

It's a good company and one of the best in Brampton, On. But I need to find job here in Windsor On. because me and my family moved here in Windsor Ontario.
