60+ hours per week and not enough. 

Assumption is you will work during night and weekend or you are going to get told you are not doing the job.

Senior management will bully teams no matter if you are delivering well or not.

Unrealistic standards and goals in multiple areas. Continuous improvement program is a joke with disrespectful manners at employees down but so good at managing up.

Promoting employees with poor management skills to senior position because they are part of The Clique.

Higher staff turnover than in the rest of the industry for these reasons.

Would not recommend this place to anyone I know as a good place to work at.

Best decision in life was to leave my job there and discover that other companies will pay you as much to do still a lot of work, but in a culture that is healthy and careful about employees.

The compensation is competitive, but the work environment is difficult to recommend. Workloads are consistently excessive, often requiring one person to handle multiple roles, which results in poor work-life balance and ongoing pressure.

Turnover is high and burnout is common. There is little recognition for employees’ efforts, and concerns around trust and transparency within management persist. While the pay is good, the overall culture and expectations may not suit those looking for a healthy and supportive workplace.

The Canada office is full of manipulation and cronyism. They identify as leaders but lack the most basic knowledge or demonstrated experience. Their values and behaviours are only on paper. Management has been left unsupervised in the big machine. HR dept is just an administrative supplement which ignores repeated employee complaints. Don’t waste your valuable time or career here, unless you’re looking to coast. 

One cannot find the words to describe tyrannical, manipulative, untrustworthy and man child at the helm of this organization.  Millions are wasted in in-decision, lack of general knowledge of where our industry is going, zero acumen for digital transformation  and an outlandish obsession with power point and spreadsheets rather than true strategy and advanced technologies . 

SLT currently tolerate innapproriate behavior, intimidation by senior managers.  This is making the work environment extremely unpleasant making each day more and more difficult. It's NOT a safe place to speak up. 

 Unrealistic expectation with no recognition.  

If you are willing to set aside your values, to work 60+ hours a week, this is a place with good pay and advantages but they are not worth the headache.


Having started within the last 6 months, I can say I am thoroughly enjoying my time at Haleon thus far. The organization is still going through some change, however we are moving in a positive direction, and establishing a unique culture day by day. Lots of hard work, but amazing people, and I find the company does live it's values in a sincere way. I would encourage others to dive in! 

Pay and benefits are above their peer. However, the staff turnover is really high in management and white collar jobs, less so in hourly workers. It can be a stressful environment, but there is room for growth to those that can handle it.

Attitude of management is interesting, they are disconnected from the real world, toxic, dishonest, play a lot of politics no real work security you could be let go if management just didn't like your face in the morning

Micromanagement and non-technical directors and senior leadership team. Not a healthy environment, with lots of turn-over and employees frequently quit due to lack of expertise and empathy of directors
