Understand  and doing their complained every single day. having fun with them talking and listening every person. I learned a lot in my work job like in a communication skills, costumer service work independently and handled in a difficult situation. learning to be patient, dealing with co-worker as a team. follow instruction in accurately, making friends

Typical day is very busy: A/P & A/R invoice processing, recording receipts in 3 branches, cheque processing, account analysis, union dues & benefits payments.
I learned full accounting cycle, ERP Sage ACCPAC system
I have few friends amount my co-workers, good relationship with others
month-end - very busy time, lots of things should be done within a deadline
time after month-end closing is easy and enjoyable - you can do your account analysis and if everything is recorded correctly, you enjoy your job

during the work time, i am able to create some tactics to supervise the workers and at the same time keeping my building clean. Moreover, the hardest part of the job will be some unexpected urgency such as contractors` mess, Turnovers, and complaints. the most enjoyable part of the job will be the challenges, everyday is a challenge because the building must be well maintained and cleaned.

It was fun. I regret leaving the company, it's been 2 years since I last worked. They give you proper training and the supervisor will check you occasionally if you need help ask the supervisor they're very friendly and not judgemental. If you're looking for experience in this type of industry trust me you'll learn a lot, especially on night shifts

Worked at one site downtown Toronto and the resident manager treat the cleaners bad. Work assignment is not fair and equal. Supplies are often short. Some cleaners don't want to do over time because they are not being paid.

in the absence of my Resident Manager, My manager sent me as the Officer in charge with regards to supervisory and cleaning,  and can do payrolls .im enjoying my job because I'm working in the Day my time is 6:30 to 3:00pm.

Contractor was excellent work experience in residential renovation.

it was a tiring job, but i have fun working with people. it was a part time job and they're very considerate. co-workers are friendly and helpful
