I don’t get any benefits at all with my job
 I have to always work on the weekends 
The people I work with are very nice and get along great 
The hours are not that great especially when they keep switching around 
Don’t like having the shift when I leave late at night
I like the customers and employees 
A day at work includes
Shift
11am to 7 pm
2pm to 10 pm
8am to 4 pm
4 pm to 10 pm
Stock the supplies that you will need for shift 
Sweep floors mop floors 
Get trays. Clean trays  hand back trays
Have 2 half hour breaks on shift
Check washrooms 
Clean tables spills etc
End of night 
Clean Tables
Sweep floors
Collect trays
Return things that are lost
Help other employees when needed
Walk around the mall all day shift
Walk around mall night shift too
Picking up trays from tables 
Stacking trays
Inspecting washroom check every hour on the hour
Clean trays 
Change garbage bins 
Help customers when needed
Clean bins 
Clean washrooms areas 
Help evacuate customers from food court
Collect clean trays and give them out to restaurant 
Making sure your area is clean through the whole shift at all times

I worked with hallmark housekeeping for 1 year. i loved the job as it was a self indapendant job where i can focus on nothing but the services i provided to the place. the management at hallmark was highly professional  towards the workers and tenants whenever they needed a service to be completed. The environment was so caring and fun to work with as everyone worked as a team and treated each other as a civil human being. i left the job as i moved to Mississauga and the location was all the way in Toronto , it was a pain in my pocket and long travels of 2 hours back and forth.

On the management side there lots of pressure and not much support,  too level management at the local level not people friendly, loud & unprofessional language used, very little support, long hour and no scope  for promotion. Treatment and salary for frontline staff even worse . Ok salary and benefits on the management side, most of all long hours!!

What is the best part of working at the company?
This one of the best companies I've worked for. They're really strong in the janitorial market. Lots of support, training, and transparency. Great work environment. Highly recommend.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
That is yet to be seen. I haven't encountered any stressful part of hallmark.

Fantastic! As I mentioned, best places to work for! Lots of opportunity. Lots of training, they give you all the tools to succeed.

There is no good that comes out of working here

The boss he has no clue how to run a housekeeping team and he is rasict

Bad , and stressful and very clicky

Tired stressed and mentally and emotionally exhausting

As a site supervisor, the employees were amazing to work with and a great sense of humor. I would inspect the work of the employees, completed order supplies, scheduled hours and payroll. I would make sure that everyone was up to date for all training and Health and Safety
The management was very friendly and was always there if you needed a helping hand. They treated you like family and would help you with anything.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I have learned that being honest in a job is not what an employer wants. This company used me to their fullest then sent me out.. These private companies will promise you benefits you will never get them. Change you’re name HALLMARK!

Being by bullied by toxic people

A friendly company everybody is welcome what nationality you are.

There is no epecific day cause everyday is typical

It's an old boys club run by the CEO kids. Most established employees are friends of CEO. They take care of their own but no one else. Only way to move up is if you're close personal friends. Bonuses only go to those friends of CEO. What is Telling is when their talented operations employees  quit to go to other companies or just retire altogether. 

This company absolutely terrible to work for.. RUN!! No communication at all with their employees. pay is 12.65hr no benefits after 3 months 7.5 hours a day when it should 8hours a day. what a bunch of users. I worked hard i was just used and abused. So glad i left Dont waste your time. Janitors are hired 18-20 hour get with the times
