Hallmark is a great place to work for,
It has a family mentality and an open door policy,
the people leading this company are very approachable and listen to their employees.
It have great benefits and perks.

The company pays well but does not give much in the way of guidance. No real sense of a Team, just an awkward sense of feeling lost and trying to be better at your job before its to late.

The company had a (IMO) brilliant business model for the industry. Good people with good ideas and some good execution. The CEO and Sales needed to push back on clients' wants versus saying "yes" to everything the customer suggested.

Old management was good new not so good. Docking pay without notification. Calling at last minute and  wanting you on the road long driving hours with no safety checks. Equipment not up to safety standards

The leadership team is formed with a amazing group of people who always are taking care of their employees with a big focus on customer satisfaction.

The office location in the core downtown is superb.

Worked there for 17 years until I was laid off.  There is only one female in management.  Hockey culture reigns in the sales department.  Not an inclusive culture for older employees.

Not much good to say. Poor management. Staff issues. Always changes without staff knowing. Pay was good however work was often challenging due to mixed messages from management

its a friendly environment, but sometimes getting too friendly @ work is also disadvantage, My Manager and the President are open for any conversation. Its just my team leader have no courage to do be a leader.

Hallmark has great pay and benefits, it’s a faster pace of work and everyone gets along great. Great place to work. Con is bad communication between office staff/management.

Really loved my time there. Oilfield company, lots of great people, tons of work, overall great culture but they are working to improve that. Benefits and pay was great. Some drama but that is everywhere.
