Way too much to do and no time to do it in. Little to no appreciation for hard work. Problems with staff retention can be traced back to not investing enough time and money where it's needed.
Co-workers are a real plus as are middle management, but you are always watching your back. I lost track of how many people I saw get fired or quit.
Not all branches are equal, other locations have fantastic support. Everyone, ultimately, has to dance to the tune of the current ownership. They seems either too focused on the bottom line on this month's balance sheet, or are clueless in managing different business models. Working here is like winning a ticket for the Titanic - looks good, but you know how it's going to end.

the over all job is fun,  nice to have a sense of independence.  Get too meet alot of great people, which helps make the job more enjoyable.  The rate of pay is fair, BUT the management is VERY unorganized and unprofessional.  I had loyal/regular customers complain numerous times about the management and how they handled important situations.  The management has also been the reason for a HIGH employee turn over rate.

All Staff were super friendly, and helpful. Management was always there to listen to any concerns, resolve issues with all employees.
Co-workers were encouraging and had a positive attitude to make a enjoyable workplace. I have gained valuable knowledge/experience from working with Culligan, such as customer service, time managment skills, Forklift/truck driving experience, Inventory Control, and much more.

Doing up reports first thing in the morning, answering phones and directing calls or helping customers with their billing. I learned how to solve many different problem situations. The hardest part of my job was to make sure all contracts were filled out properly and that they got keyed properly. Co workers were a lot of fun to be with.

The workday always starts with a team meeting led by Supervisor.  Daily goals are set and yesterdays goals are discussed.  Goals are realistic and time manageable.  The hardest part of the job was making a sale because not everyone wants to have soft water.

Being apart of a company that educated more than selling was my mission. I loved dialogue selling and putting customers first and this role allowed for that.

Culligan was a great company to work for, physically. Kept me in shape, I delivered downtown and saw plenty of awesome people. But a lot of companies were switching to Filtered Water systems and getting rid of bottles, so my route got smaller and smaller, meaning short and shorter days.

Collect calls. 
Delivery calls.
Accounts receivable.

Hardest part of job: Doing collect calls and AR when am not qualified to do so.

Most enjoyable part of job: The face to face with customers

The hard part about this company was having to compete against your co-workers in reaching your sales performance.This would then lead to back biting.

Many good people. Enjoyed my time there, everyone was really nice and professional. The management is great along with the administration staff, all the way down to the drivers and the guys in the warehouse
