Hamm Construction Ltd.

Hamm construction is great place to work. It is all outdoors. We would work 10 hr days,5 days a week and every 2nd week saturday would be a mandatory work day. 
The management was understanding when it came to personal life and home life when situations arose and help was provided.
 The most enjoyable part of the job is that it can be physically and mentally challenging.  The hardest part of the job was that you did get some harsh wheather conditions.

I enjoyed working for Hamm. The people and management are really good and nice and friendly. I enjoyed the work and learnt lots. People typically get along and have fun and laugh. Its productive and typically busy.  The pay could be better and its hard to advance in the company as a female which i do not like but if given the chance there is lots of room for advancement. Overall I like this company.

Long hours with decent pay. Company environment is very good. Everyone is respectful and help you teach what needs to be done on site. Safety of every employee is priority.

This job was interesting to learn it was all groundwork digging and installing main lines for sewer, water, storm drains. I learned about some new equipment and had did fun with the crew.

It’s a decent work place only downside it’s seasonal. Good work environment. Can be long hours . Friendly people good people to work with. Seasonal work is like I said the only down side.

I worked at Hamm construction for 13 years. It is seasonal work which and you get to work outdoors. The hardest part of the job is the loss of hours when weather isnt ideal working conditions.

Was just a great place to work. I had to leave due to a family emergency. So I resigned my spot after only a month, month and a half. Great people, great bosses, supervisors, operators, and ground crew! 

8-5 construction work. small company so always doing something different. hour off for lunch. always learning something new. overall it was a great job to have.

This was a great workplace. I learned a lot over the years, that I worked for HAMM. There where many wonderful co-workers that made working for HAMM was such a great experience.
