I am incharge of Operations, preparation of the flights, coordinates gates, maintenance, catering, customs, fuelers and cargo. Prepare the Weight & Balance of the aircraft; close the flights and passed the figures to the captain and set up the boarding. Send all the flight info to the final destinations.Its a nice and fun enviroment in which you have the chance to work under pressure and with out too much supervision.Everyday is a funt day interacting with the customers and co-workers.

I used to work for Handlex in the summer of 2003 as agente d’enregistrement, Montreal Airport, while I was doing my university degree. At that time I was newly arrived in Canada. In two months I spent working for them I have noticed lots of irregularities; the work was amazing but the management was the worse I ever experienced. I learned a lot about internal conspiracies, which helped me to become a good law enforcement officer. I hope they changed; those guys broke lots of young people working for them. 

The most enjoyable part of this job is the friendships that are formed throughout the years and the travel opportunities.In addition, learning how to adapt and communicate effectively to different kinds of people. Consistently problem solving and satisfying people's needs or expectations. The ability to not personalize any conflicts but resolve them and move on.

I currently work for Qatar Airways, and on a typical day, my shift commences at 1:45pm, with a flight arriving for Doha, Qatar. There are often a high volume of wheelchair and assistance required from the passengers. As a passenger agent, we do our best to assist passengers from the moment they step off the plane to the retrieving their luggages.

I like working it keeps me busy constant and meeting sports personnel and movie and television personnel up close and in person

Worked in the Pearson Airport loading and offloading luggage for various airlines.

I loaded & offloaded luggage either manually or using heavy machinery (Lantis Loaders).

Handlex was a terrible experience. No weekends off, low starting wage, and no room for advancement. This job takes away your personal life, management is incompetent and unreliable.
