Job sheets, to start our work.  Learned lots about stores different clienteles wanting in clothing and under garments.  The head management was very co-operative, helpful and very friendly.  My co-workers were friendly and helpful as well. 
  The hardest part of the job was getting there not the job itself, I do not drive so when I got to work I enjoyed the job.  Completing a shipment, teaching a new worker, and everything coming together like it is suppose to.

I learned a lot with this position within the company, it was an awesome position with an excellent team.

As team we accomplish a lot in short time.

- US$ 1.3 millions saved in costs in six months.
- Elevate corporate image.
- Approximately US$500,000 saved in reprocess of finish goods.
- Ownership of Disney account for 2015.

There were no boundries, nothing was taboo as part of the direction of product develpment all the ideas was heard and tested.

Research and Develpment was encouraged.

I was an Intern with Hanesbrands.
There are tons of good people there, but progress is often halted by poor management or employees not understanding their jobs. It really depends on the team you get placed on, some interns had a great experience, others just OK. 

Needle trade is a tough and mercyless business. The team work was great and the On*hands IT and manufacturing Learning even better. 

The down side are the low salary and fringes. Everything was incertain about your job, it depended on the success of the latest collection of styles.

Canadelle was a fun company to work for that put an emphasis on employee satisfaction and engagement.  Due to common retail structure we could not sell as much as we would have liked (chain sales were done corporately) we were encouraged to do as much as possible with our independant customers.

The most enjoyable part of the job is having all your orders filled.

Colleagues were ok to work with, work life balance was average. The best part of the job is half day Fridays although you have to make up the hours Monday through Thursday. Downside is lack of growth, nepotism issues.
