One of the best jobs I’ve ever had! If you love rig work but still want to be home with your family at the end of the day, this is the perfect job. Management is excellent—they genuinely care about your well-being and are always willing to work with you if you need time off for a family emergency. Safety is a top priority, and they ensure you have everything you need to do your job safely. The paid lunches and breaks are a huge bonus, and the hands-on and online training fully prepare you for the job. There’s plenty of overtime available, and they offer a paid bonus for on-call work. Whether you’re looking to work as much as possible or need a more family-oriented schedule, this job has the flexibility to accommodate you. I can’t recommend this company enough

Dangerous working environment, backstabbing coworkers who will lie about you to try and get advancement over you and management who support this sort of behaviour, I was there for 3 years and saw at least 30 people come and go the turn over is unbelievable. Don’t waste your time here find another job!

Will guilt you into work you're not comfortable with. Will take advantage of your unwillingness to let teammates down. Will work you to the bone and act like the extra hours out of your life are a favour to you. Lower management guys are totally cool. Upper management guys want to be big fish in a small pond. I'd recommend the rigs if you're cool with 14 hour days. At least then you'll come home with enough money to take some days off.

I've only known rig work my whole life. Harbour is the closest thing to the rigs but i got to go home every night. They're constantly looking to improve processes and efficiency. It was easy to talk to management and pass ideas by them. overall if you like to work, this place is a great place to learn and develop knowledge of pumps, fluid management and equipment operation. 

Horrible experience and a complete waist of time, the work atmosphere is extremely toxic with other employees waiting to stab you in the back, watch out for the senior employees as they are buddy’s with management and can get away with anything!!! The work is dangerous with no safety whatsoever you have to look out for yourself especially when it’s busy!!

Not your typical 9-5. Different shifts start times great for a night owl like myself that doesn't mind working till 6 or 7pm. Overtime and on calls to make extra money. Great if you live in the city and want to learn about pumps and motors. Not for everyone but if you don't mind hands on work and getting a little dirty great place to work. 

This is a great place to work the guys there are awesome. While i was there they were  never any lay offs and job security was always there we got taken care of fairly good by management they were always willing to work with me thru scheduling

Theres alot overtime for the people who are willing to work . 

If you don't mind getting dirty and like overtime this is the place to be.
Great group of guys and management alike.
Starting wage seems low but raises and promotions are common if you work hard and show up to work.

This company has many, many, may flaws. Its always filthy, working conditions are brutal, always soaking wet (winter is fun on the ramp). They are usually short on materials so "make due" is usually the answer.

it was okay schedule was not the best the people that worked at the facilitly made it worth it , made some great friends , if you don't like working outdoors its not for you
