After 3 months working here, I can confirm that Hardt is a great place to work if you are looking for a work life balance with supportive and understanding management and friendly co-workers in a diverse quiet workplace setting that allows you to work both in office and from home :) The workload is very reasonable, and offers challenges and interesting work, and Hardt really values the development and comfort of its employees which directly translates into how they treat their customers and the love they put into their service and products. Overall, this is one of the best companies I have worked for and love going to work everyday. If you are considering applying for a job at this company, I highly recommend it!

I've been working at Hardt as a customer service dispatcher for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience overall. The work environment is incredibly positive, thanks to a management team and colleagues who are genuinely friendly and supportive. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand, which makes even the most challenging days feel manageable. ​The flexibility to work from home or the office is a huge plus and has been a game-changer for my work-life balance, which is truly wonderful here. The company really values its employees' well-being, and it shows.

Hardt has a great set of core values that they actually live and work by.  All employees are expected to treat everyone with respect, regardless of position.  There's no shouting, improper conduct and no toxic staff, which is refreshing!  Training tools and support are available and employees are encouraged to cross-train and learn new skills.

There is a bonus scheme, which is tied to the core values and the yearly performance review, company events through the year and the social committee celebrates anniversaries and birthdays each month with cake and fruit for the whole company.  As we cannot gather in large numbers during the pandemic, the company has still reached out to all employees and sent out chocolate, cookies and other items to make sure they all know they are valued.

This is not a company you go to for a year or two, it's one you stay at for a long time.  Turnover is very low, some of the employees have been there for more than 25 years.

Hardt has a different feel than most medium-sized companies. Your voice is heard. Decisions are made as a collective. They truly understand work-life balance. It isn't just a slogan. This is true only because it is driven from the CEO down to his credit. 
It is a company that is transitioning from a smaller "older" company to a more modern one. This has challenges and can be difficult sometimes, but it is made easier since management is aware, supportive and patient. They expect their employees to be professional and work independently. Proactivity and agility are needed, since there is plenty of work and resources are slowly growing with the demands.

I would highly recommend working here, Hardt provides annual reviews, bonuses, and training programs for growth and have a strong company culture to encourage people to work respectfully, equally,  and easily. The company has a complete set of the orientation training system, it allows the new employees to adapt to the new environment smoothly. Supportive and friendly management. The work environment is professional and friendly. The colleagues and managers always seek the opportunity to support you. When you come to Hardt, whether it is a colleague who has worked here for 1 or 20 years, they will congratulate you on finding a good employer!

High turn aroubd. Toxic work environment. Most people, especially those who been there for decades, act like they are superior and have no support when you need help. But then act like they are always there for you. Several departments had to do extra off site training how to treat others with respect. In a way its good they did that but in another way, you have to question why these training are even necessary. Never heard of that anywhere else Ive worked at. 

The work here is pretty stress free. The supervisors give you your assignment for the day and just let you work. If you have any questions or concerns they are more than happy to listen and to try to help you to the best of their ability.
I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting into manufacturing. Also the opportunity to advance here is very high. You won't be stuck in the same job forever if you don't want to be.
