Long hours sometimes they will not allow you to take a lunch break.  They yell and scream at their employees.  The meetings that you must attend they just put employees down instead of bringing them up.  Long overtime hours and not even allowed to contact family members to let them know you will be working way past closing hours. Very rude and disrespectful management.  All they care about is money and not you as a person. There is absolutely no work life balance. The worst place i have ever worked. 

The Sales Managers can be super inappropriate.  They play favorites to who they hand out customers to. They micro manage ever move you make.  You are not allowed to have your cell phone inside the building. If your family or children need to get a hold of you, Good Luck! The sales meetings are for putting down the employees and are told to do better. 

Seemed ok initially but soon found out this company wants you to do more even if it’s not your job. Extra hours with no extra pay. Free Lunch was brought in for staff onSaturday.
Seemed like a perk but only because you didn’t get a designated break. Long staff meetings with no financial compensation. High turnover of staff. If you want to work micromanaged with long hours this is the place for you. If not..run the other way

I haven't come across one place in Kelowna that has this much turnover. The management is absolutely unprofessional and takes no responsibility for their actions. They are lucky they sell a good product and have the Interior market, because I'm sure they'd be out of business if they sold something mediocre. The work culture here is disgusting - competitive, slimy, everything you hate about a car dealership.

Lots of traffic and good opportunities to make a solid income. Great ownership, management and overall environment. Management genuinely wants to help you succeed.

This is by far the best dealership I’ve ever worked at and I would go back in a heart beat the only reason I left was due to the pay. As a Detailer there is no better place to work everyone is super nice and they appreciate quality over quantity.

Enjoy the fact that the owners get to know you personally and we are treated as family. We all strive as a team to make our customers experience a great one. 

Mance Binkley, the owner, is one of the nicest employers I have ever had. He knows how to keep his employees loyal and working hard fro him as he treated us with respect and gave us a lot of perks.
